What could be the cause of slow loading times when using authentication in ISA 2004?<br />

We have to use authentication as we have Surf Control so turning it off isn't an option.<br />
<br />
The initial page can take up to a minute to load, once the first page has loaded it seems fine.<br />
<br />
Any ideas or similar experiences?<br />
