Hi there,

Support for USB devices was added in SP1 for  11.5

11.1 Device List:
http://supportconnectw.ca.com/public/storage/infodocs/basb111win/basb111win_cdl.asp

11.5 Device List

Once you update, Arcserve must use it's own Device Management.

1. Disable the HP tape drive in Windows Device Manager.
2. Open ARCserve and click > Configuration > Device and follow the prompts.

Hope this helps.

Hi

My problem is with arcserve 11.1.

If I install the updates for 11.5, the arcserve becames 11.5 and I lose my licences.

Cheers

Why a "C" grade? Dovid's Answer "it will not work" was correct...
