Google "Emando Operator" and hit "I'm feeling Lucky"

>Since eMando CI Server saves the external IP address of eMando Operator, there must be an open port to eMando
>Operator in order to set up a connection - even when eMando Client is in the same local network. As a result, custom
>firewall and router settings may be required

So, you probably don't need a static IP, and the only thing you're probably missing is the port-forward on your NAT box.

Also, may I close the duplicate question you have open regarding this issue?
