Securiity Templates - Nice reporting?

I was wondering if anyone had a good method of showing the information contained on a template nicely.  I don't mind reading the templates or getting the information from them through MMC, but I have techs that like fancy outputs.  I did a breif google search for a nice way to output the templates, but came up empty handed.  In this particular case, I cannot import the templates into a domain controller and get the information.  I don't want to spend hours scripting something for human readable output.  Any suggestions or solutions?

Yeah...try the Group Policy Management console...  You can export web reports of the template or the effect machine results of application of the security template:
