"Font still in use" message

I'm surprised this issue seems to have no previous threads - at least I didn't find them.  This happens to me at least once a week.

At different times CR XI pops up with "font still in use."  It doesn't seem to harm anything (I'm not blocked from proceeding) but I wonder what's up.

I'm not 100% certain but I'm pretty sure it happens when I'm closing out of something - either closing a report, or perhaps closing an instance. (It's not usual for me to have a second instance of CR open, so I can do something while a long query runs.)

Thoughts?

Have you applied the latest hot fix and monthly updates?  I used to get this error sometime, but with the updates it went away.

Previous versions of Crystal had issues with Symantec products.  Take a look at this

For future searchers: that article is titled "Various errors appear upon opening a report that contains OLE Objects."  My symptom appears upon closing a document (not opening), and my company uses McAfee, not Norton.

Just did it.  I'm gonna guess that's the answer. (The Feb 21 update doesn't say anything about that, but it's a good enough answer anyway.)
