Here is my problem.<br />

I have Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4 running in windows 2003.<br />
<br />
Whenever a client logs in, I get an error:<br />

An error occurred while retrieving client printer properties. Default printer properties will be used instead. Client name: (L11F-B-AL11RT) Printer: (HP LaserJet 4050 Series PCL 6 (from L11F-B11T-AL11RT) in session 2) Printer driver: (HP LaserJet 4050 Series PCL6)<br />

I have the drivers installed on the server for sure.<br />

It actually maps the printers and I can see it, but I cannot access the printers under administrator. &nbsp;Only the client is able to access the printer settings. &nbsp;I think because even that the admin cannot access the printer, that's why the error occurred while trying to retrieve the client printer properties.<br />

In my 2000 box, I dont have this issue because admin can view everything.<br />
<br />
Where can I go to change a policy where admin can view everything?<br />

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
