Citrix Cannot Map printers in Windows Server 2003

Here is my problem.

I have Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4 running in windows 2003.

Whenever a client logs in, I get an error:

An error occurred while retrieving client printer properties. Default printer properties will be used instead. Client name: (L11F-B-AL11RT) Printer: (HP LaserJet 4050 Series PCL 6 (from L11F-B11T-AL11RT) in session 2) Printer driver: (HP LaserJet 4050 Series PCL6)

I have the drivers installed on the server for sure.

It actually maps the printers and I can see it, but I cannot access the printers under administrator.  Only the client is able to access the printer settings.  I think because even that the admin cannot access the printer, that's why the error occurred while trying to retrieve the client printer properties.

In my 2000 box, I dont have this issue because admin can view everything.

Where can I go to change a policy where admin can view everything?

In Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 with the new Citrix Client 9.1 printers are now owned by the user.   I don't believe this is causing you error but I have included a link to the new printer security changes in 4.0.   There is a reghack that allows admins to now see the properties of client printers.񤌏
