Do smaller businesses need to have a fault tolerance plan because they are less dependent on their systems and why?.

    Appreciate the feedback however it is not a class question. It was for a research paper I am doing and wanted to get a better understanding of what a few experts would have to say on the topic. The question may have been too broad.
