Entourage 2004 on Exchange 2003

I am running Tiger as my os and running Entourage 2004.  I am trying to connect to my Exchange server, but it seems like it wont download any of my folders such as inbox.  Its not giving me any errors just nothing is showing under the Exchange folder list with the exception of the junk mail folder which is empty. I would really like to find out why Entourage is unable to download my mail.  Anyone have any ideas ?

See if there is anything here to help:  http://www.macwindows.com/entourage.html

or  http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/entourage2004/entourage2004.aspx?pid=exup2004

or http://www.microsoft.com/mac/resources/resources.aspx?pid=resourcekits&rk=office2004

You might let us know a little bit more about your setup. Are you trying to connect over a LAN or remotely using OWA?

Do you mean you can connect to Exchange using Entourage over the OWA or using a browser over OWA You should be able to connect to Exchange using Entourage by putting in the OWA server URL.

Also did you notice the server side requirements in the link above:

    * Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 (with Service Pack 2) or later must be installed. This is required for WebDAV support.
    * Outlook Web Access must be installed and active.
    * The following protocols must be enabled: WebDAV (used by Outlook Web Access and Entourage 2004) and LDAP.
