paused cases with Insufficient permissions

Hi,

My workflows always pause because of sending the emails. Like when a
case is created an email is sent from the owner to some CRM users i
always find this error in the paused cases: Insufficient permissions?
How can I give a user permission to send emails to other users in other
Business Units?

Is the SMTP service installed on the CRM server?  If not it needs to be.

To install the SMTP service on a server that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
3. Select the Application Server check box, and then click Details.
4. Select the Internet Information Services (IIS) check box, and then click Details.
5. Select the SMTP Service check box, and then click OK.
6. Click OK, click Next, and then click Finish.

Yes, even if.  That's because you don't have an email client installed on that server to get it to the Exchagne server.

Don't worry... it'll work.
