Initiating a Ctrl-Alt-Del on a Touch Screen without a keyboard

Is there a way to initiate a Ctrl-Alt-Del keystoke sequence on a Touch Screen monitor to login to Wndows Active Directory without a keyboard?

If it can be done, you will need to have a 3rd party tool that can do this.. For as far as i know it cannot be done.. You can however let people login to windows without using the CTRL-ALT-DEL ombination, id this an option?? If so, change using GPO in this setting..

computer configuration>windows settings>security settings>local policies>security options"
