Is the Blackberry Enterprise Manager the ONLY way to wirelessly sync calendars.
Is the Blackberry Enterprise Manager the ONLY way to wirelessly sync calendars, email, and contacts with a Blackberry? Can Sesktop redirector do this? If so can multiple redirectors in a Citrix or terminal services environment?

Sorry capgroup - I just read the end of your mail again. You said the same thing already!
If you read what I wrote you won't have to differ:
(unless you go for a hosted Exchange with BlackBerry solution where they host your Exchange account and connect it to their BES).
Meaning that they have to have your mailfile and the BES inhouse. If you have your own Exchange server a hosted BES server won't work because they can't talk to each other.

No worries - if anything it just helped clarify more.
If you follow the links, you will see some hosted service providers host everything for you - Exchange & BES - and you can thus get an account that syncs everything to your BB. Eg:
