Your NAT 1 is enabling for everyone; are you trying to restrict to just the 10.5.5.0 subnet?
Also, didn't see a matching Global command

global (outside) 1 interface
NAT (inside) 1 10.5.5.0 255.255.255.0

your inside access list is doing nothing for you.

nat (inside) 1 10.5.5.0 255.255.255.0
I got it.....

Not a problem at all; the points are for laughs only really and a tad of competition of course....

If you wished, you canuse the interface keyword
global (outside) 1 interface

This puts the outside interface (ip & mask) in for you rather than having to type it all.
