VB6 Scroll Up and Down

Is there a way to make Visual Basic main window scroll up and down?
does vb6 required a patch for this?

I was thinking if i can make VB6 be scrollable using the wheel mouse

That way will be easier to go up and down faster : )

Any help are wellcome.

    If you have drivers with your mouse, install it.

    i've got an MS mouse with drivers and it works well.
