I have a BCM V92 Voicemodem that I want to use for making phone calls fom my computer).  I dont need to use it for dialup since i have DSL.

However, if I connect the modem to the ohone line it fires up the auto-reponse whenever a call comes in, which is a nuisance.
I checked the manual and couldnt find a way to turn off the auto-response.

Can any expert help?
