On click have it send to Access database, use this field as query.
Then have the results display in the center frame return page.

Frame 1 Form enter into textbox "Davis"
Have center page return all instances of "Davis" in name field in access database.

I Hate Frames they have tortured me in this life time!

Right Click page in frame, Under name give each farme a unique name (Avoid the defaults, as your content may end up in another sites frame (If both sites are open) if you share the same name with them).

Both pages must be .asp files.
In the Main page (page to return results) insert - Database - results and use the wizard to select what you want. Under More options in the database wizard, select - Criteria*,  select Name (or the exart name of the colunm in your db), Comparison (contains) Value [Name]. Ensure that the "Use this search form field" is checked or elase it may fail. Click Okay and end wizard.

In Frame 1 page let the textbox name* be 'Name' (without the ') or the exart name of the creteria colunm in your db. Double click it to add this name and select Send To other raio in Form properties. Under options, type the file name of the page to display results. ensure that the method is left as POST. remeber that both values must be exactly the same.
