Does Lotus Notes support any e-form creation and submission?

Similar to Microsoft's infopath (if you know about)

Using the Domino Designer client you can create databases for the web.
These databases will be made up of forms and views.
Documents are created through the use of forms and displayed in views.

So the answer is yes. However I can not compare this to infopath

You know, these are similar in some ways, different in others.  For instance, in order to do true collaboration in Microsoft, you have to have office, and some type of database structure or program built, that usually requires exchange server and SQL server, etc.  If you want web stuff, then you have to have a web server, and a web application.  To manage files, you have to create directories, folders and index them so you can find them.

Notes can do all of this under one server, and one Notes Client license.
