I have a printer that is on the network. It is a HP Laserjet 3380. It all of a sudden stopped working but when I changed the toner, it was working fine and than out of nowhere stopped again. I tried to turn it off and turn it on, and reset the defaults but it just would not go. I am in desperate need to get this working again. However, I can't deem their to be anything wrong with the hardware when I can get faxes on the printer. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this?? I went in and cleared jobs and printed test pages the second time as well but it just won't go.  Help would be much appreciated.
