Hey There, I have a client that has a brand nw NX6120. The machine works fine except at random the HP Info center comes up. It happens at random when the user is working away which as you can imagine is very annoying. Does anyone have any idea why the HP Info Center keeps coming up while the user is working, and how to stop it from happening.

Hi im wondering if it´s not maybe assigned to a keyboard shortcut key.
Check if there is an hp software that customises keyboard keys ,also when the message pops up isn´t there a way to close it and select don´t show me this message again.
It may also be a start up program. To verify this go to run ,type msconfig then select the startup tab and see if there is any reference to that info center if there is then uncheck it.If it´s not then it might be under the services tab.

    hope this helps

Also Some people have had a similar problem but it seems to be with an external wireless keyboard or mouse if you are using any of these devices then you need to connect it via usb and not ps/2
