how do i set my archive log dest to USE_DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST

how do i set my archive log dest to USE_DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST currently it is set as follows

SQL> archive log list;
Database log mode              Archive Mode
Automatic archival             Enabled
Archive destination            /u02/flash_recovery_area/CGCEMGCP/archivelog
Oldest online log sequence     4245
Next log sequence to archive   4247
Current log sequence           4248

    if you have a pfile, change the init<SID>.ora file accordingly, and restart the database
    if you have a spfile, change the setting archive_log_dest (scope=pfile), and restart the database
