    Assisted Solution

the defaults should be all you need (ie. no script required)

    Accepted Solution

You need to create the script files used for obfucation using, Rggui tool. I forgot the name of the class. It brings up a UI, where you can set class path and then point to the jar file you need to obfuscate. You can then select/unselect classes/methods to be obfuscated/not obfuscated.
This generates a script file, which can then be used to do the actual obfuscation.
