How do I access the Server Management Console without using a menu or icon shortcut?
I have to add licenses to an SBS 2003 server, and it has been configured in a way that the Server Management Console is not in any of the start menus and is not part of the Administrative tools.
Whoever softwared this box made the desktop and menus look like a wortkstation :(
Where is the actual file or executable that runs the server management console located?

Are you talking about the Computer Management Console? If so go to windowsdir/system32/compmg t.msc
If this is a SBS server this is the path to the server console
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Administration\Laun chConsole. exe
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Administration\Laun
Try this - Start-Run compmgmt.msc
You should be able to create a shortcut with this in the path: compmgmt.msc
The licensing console is sblic.msc
