Looking for a tool to help with creating permissions script

Hey guys, this is what I'm looking for.  I'd like to find a tool that will create a script for you based on current permissions.  For example, say I want to take a snapshot of the current permissions for C:\Temp and all of the folders underneath it, and then have an XCACLS (or something similar) script generated for that.  The reason I request this is because we set many layers of custom permissions on our servers, and I'd like to have an easy script that I could apply across all servers.  If there is anything there like this and someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.  Thanks!

Security Explorer may be the tool for you, though it's not cheap... (there's a 30-day eval available...)

Thanks maurice, looks like a very useful tool.  I'm about to post another question regarding invalid account SID's.
