Getting rid of cookies

I was recently banned from a site.  Now if I go to that site it says, locked out or banned.  How can I get rid of the cookies or whatever so that the site no longer recognizes me?

Hello there,

Easiest way without downloading 3rd party programs is to open up IE and do the following..

Click Tools, Internet Options, On the General Tab , click settings on the Temp Internet Files pane. Change your Temp foler size to 1. press OK, then delete your cookies and temp files in the pervious window.

Hope this helps
