Kill hand mouse over links

Hello,

Im looking to make it so that when hovering over a link your mouse does not change to a handle it remains a pointer, and possably the same over textarea's and textboxes,

Dont know any javasctipt at all :(

I'm not exactly sure of the syntax in javascript, but I generally just add this to anything I want my cursor to remain default with:

style="cursor: default;"

You can just add it to any element you'd like pretty much.
