Hi have a client that gets this bounce message when trying to send to anouther client.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      RE: ProcessNet & CBM
      Sent:      15/05/2006 9:18 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      CobbVA@jea.com on 15/05/2006 9:35 AM
            You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
