automating creation of accounts and contact as forwarders...

As part of a consolidation with another company I need to provide forwarders for a number of users to give them one of our email addresses and make them appear on the GAL.

Apparently i am going to be sent an export from exchange 5.5 of over 150 users.

How can i use this to manually create the user account and contact in my domain and possibly automate forwarding?

I really need some advise as creating this manually would be a nightmare!

Thanks,

Tell them to export user to a comma-delimited text file, use Excel and make some macro to sort you users and add thing like home dir and random password.
