SAP books recommendation

Hi SAP experts:
I am a CS degree student and will be graduaing soon. I just get to know SAP recentlly, may i know if there is any recommendation on the SAP books?
I get to know that before learning SAP app, I must Learn Abap first.

Can give me some suggestion for that books that i can buy?
EG:
1. book a  ->"reason"
2. boon b  ->"reason"

I would like to know about 5 books which range from beginner to experts level. or books that specialise into an area like ERP.

Thanks.

Berly

Hi,

A good place to start is: http://www.sap-img.com/

For learning ABAP.
http://www.sap-img.com/learning-abap.htm

a) SAP R/3 Enterprise Software : An Introduction (Paperback)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0072990678/qid=1148055549/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/002-7137536-3306405?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

b) Introduction to ABAP/4 Programming for SAP, Revised and Expanded Edition (Hardcover)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0761513922/qid=1148055549/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/002-7137536-3306405?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

Note that these are links. The formal way to learn SAP is to attend its course. However the course is pretty costly.

For the formal course:
http://www.sap.com/services/education/consultant/solutionacademy/index.epx

Hope that helps.
