tty listening

hi;
how can i  listen a user's tty with C or shell scripting v.s. ?
what i think is simply a tty monitor. so i will see lively what a user does in his terminal.

Install TTY-Watcher for your version of OS, see:

For Solaris you can download the binary (and source code) package from:

we can't do this with unix commands. or i couldn't find. do you have any ideas ?
