MS Outlook 2003 "Array Index out of Bounds"

I have a user that sent a task from home (I'm assuming he has BCM at home and we DO NOT have that here) to his Outlook 2003 SP2 account at work.  Now when he tries to open or delete the message he gets "Array Index out of bounds."  I've had him log in to another PC and the problem follows him.  I've also done everything in MS TID 836558.  I've also reinstalled Outlook 2003 and SP2.  Any other ideas?
