Master Browser?

Hey There Experts,

This error keeps showing up in my event viewer, I'm curious to what the heck it means, why it is happening, and how can i fix it.

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer Extreme-Randy that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{B6A0C915-B09D-438B-. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
