I have taken 3 broadband coonections  from 3  different ISP's

is it possible to configure these 3 coonections on single pc and then share it through ISA or any proxy.

I have heard that we can do it in ISA sevrer.
in  which we have to put 4 network cards.

3 nic'S to  get input of through three different gateways and
1 to  route it through Internet connection sharing

if it is poosible then  will :-

3 gateways works  simultaneously
can the  speed of 3 conections be added to one shared conection.
if yes how it is posible can any one explain me in detail of the process.

if no then can any one explain whats the technical resons ...y it cant be done.
