Do I have to reactivate Windows SBS2003 if I restore an entire hard drive from a .bak file?

If I use the Windows Backup Utility to backup the entire server, do I have to reactivate Windows SBS2003 when I restore the entire hard drive from the .bak file?

If you are restoring to the same server, there's no reason you should have to reactivate.
