XP Cleint Gets no IP Address from the Cisco PIX

WinXP Pro, Built-in VPN Client set to DHCP - DNS Entries are fixed:

I have a user who took a PC I configured home yesterday.  I personally setup the machine, tested the VPN connectivity in-house - no problems.  Today a technician from Adelphi (the only ISP in the area) came out to establish the internet connection and did so.  Now when the user connects, the connections indicates that it's in a "Connected" status but she's not getting a network IP assigned.  I had her do an ipconfig /all and the IP addrress assigned is not one for the office subnet.  Where should I begin troubleshooting?
