Example of a Startup Script to Uninstall an application / Install an application

I am looking for an example of a startup script to uninstall an application  / install an application.   Basicly I want to uninstall Adobe Reader v6.0 and Install Adobe Reader 7.0 using a startup script.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

This might be easy:
You use the windows installer (msiexec) like this (msiexec /? has the syntax for you)
msiexec /x {7148F0A8-6813-11D6-A77B-00B0D0142050} /qn
is a syntax I used in a startup script on our domain today to remove an old version of java jre.
Just Exchange the long numeric string against that of acrobat. You might find it here:
