vb.net com class factory error

I have encontered some issues while running my vb.net console application

Retrieving the com class factory with CLSID {000245000-0000-000--...)failed due to the following error
80040154.

Pls advice

are you working in a 64 bit environment ?

this error message is generally associated with 64 bit version of the 2003 or XP pro,
if it is the case you can fix it by setting your compiler settings to "x86" rather than "any cpu"

When i try to change in project properties -Build-Platform--

Platform option is disabled in my workstation, how to enable it?? Pls help
