    i never used Ming before, but know that you have to use some basic actionscript to redirect to an url.
    i just read some documentation about Ming, and think you should try the next code:

    // some typical movie variables
    $movie = new SWFMovie();
    $movie->setDimension(400, 398);

    // mx actionscript
    // this should do the trick to redirect to an URL
    $strAction = "
    var this.onPress:Function = function():Void {
        getURL("", "_blank");
    $movie->add(new SWFAction(str_replace("\r", "", $strAction)));

    i hope this will help a bit, and i'm looking forward to the result ;)
