Right now when I set up users, I have to log in as them and set up their email account. So basically just typing in the server name and their user name.
Is there a way I can automate this such as a script or something?

Oh yes indeedy :) use mapigen see below and put that in the login script

Configuring Outlook for Domains

One of the big problems in a domain environment is how to configure your clients Outlook settings as they either move around or simply need setting up for the first time.
While setting up an Outlook account is relatively simple to do it is beyond the grasp of a majority of users 
Roaming Profiles http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;316353

You can automatically generate a MAPI profile using http://www.xirvsoftware.com/corporate/mapi/Mapigen.exe

Syntax Mapigen.exe DISPLAYNAME MAILBOXNAME SERVERNAME

See http://www.xirvsoftware.com/corporate.html

If you use “Roaming Profiles” on your domain then you can tie the outlook settings to that profile. See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/olroam.htm

Awesome, I'll have to try this out.
I am moving servers and starting fresh and I really didn't want to have to do this for 75 accounts :)
I am the kind of person who will spend 3 hours comming up with a better way of doing a 10 minute task :)

I'll try it out and let you know how it works.

I'm having a hard time getting this to work. Just to be sure it should look something like this: mapigen.exe "Firstname LastName" flastname exchange

And what variables do I use for the script? mapigen.exe %???% %username% exchange

never mind, I was using the wrong display name.
This seems to work great: Mapigen %username% %username% exchange

Thanks for your help
