When I create a new user in AD with a home folder, the home folder's (\\servername\Users\Username) default permissions is set to inherit.  I need this option turned off when creating a new user in AD.  Please advise.

You can create the folders manually.  then just point the profile to \\sservernane\users\username

Or have AD Users and Computers applet create the folders...then go into the folders and modify the permissions.

Good news!  I found the answer to my problems.  I found a KB article that showed me the way.  The KB Article is 555046.  It didn't turn off inheritance, instead I applied the Domain Users group setting to the \servername\Users\ folder only instead of "This Folder and all subfolders".  Seem to fix the problem.  Case closed.
