Hello,

I have an email relay server in my DMZ.  It is not on my domain.  When the postmaster sends a Delivery Status Notification the email comes from postmaster@SERVERNAME.  How do I can that to postermaster@domain.com?

Thanks,

you want to change the "masquerade domain" in the smtp server properties to the domain you want after the @ in the postmaster account. View the properties on the smtp server...look at the "delivery" tab and the "advanced" button.

I found this on my exchange server...but i'm pretty sure exchange just uses IIS's smtp server, so it should be similar.

I found this on IIS.  It is the same.  However, I have restart the service and rebooted the computer and it still sends postmaster@SERVERNAME.

Any other ideas?  Do I need to put the @ sign in the Masquerade domain field

It was actually the Domain Name of the Local (Default) domain name on the SMTP Virtual Server in IIS (or ESM).

I created a new SMTP Virtual Server and used the proper name, since I could change it manually.
