show proc cpu --- this will give you CPU utilization<br />
show mem sum -- this will give you memory utilization<br />
show int ---- look for a 5 minute rate and that is your bandwidth over a 5 minute average.<br />

Is show int the only way to see the bandwidth being used? &nbsp;We suspect there may be someone who is doing some file sharing which is causing the problems for the others. &nbsp;How can we monitor this within the router to determine where it is coming from. &nbsp;I know it is possible because we did it before but I do not remeber what we did.
