Does anyone have a safe tweak tool or reg hack to set the WIA defaults?

Clarification...  I mostly just need to set the Page Size default setting which is not in the custom settings.

Thanks for the try...  this link is for third party software settings.  And it may boil down to purchasing some third party software.  My goal is to automate a document handling process as much as possible for our Clerks office.  I am using Adobe 7.0 for the document creation, but the settings required are numerous... and my documentation is getting too long.  Adobe will save its' own settings after the first use but WIA only saves certain settings.  What's worse is that every time a new person logs in the settings have to be redone!  Annoying...

Now that's gonna be troublesome and not easy. . . and I don't know how you will achieve it, but . . .

try to Google search with the following strings :

" Windows Image Acquisition default changes "
and
" Windows Image Acquisition page size default changes "

Best Regards !

I am looking for the same solution. I ran across Paper Chalet (http://www.chocksettsoftware.com/index.asp) that supposedly bypasses the WIA interface. It may work for you. If it does, please respond noting it. Thanks.
