About FSCTL_READ_MFT_RECORD

One of my friend told me about FSCTL_READ_MFT_RECORD, but unfortunately I can not find any documentation about it on the internet (even on MSDN site).

My question: is this FSCTL_READ_MFT_RECORD  command really exists? If yes, please provide me with documentation or example using this command.

Thank you.
