When exporting messages in Outlook Express to Outlook pst files - were do the exported files end up?

After exporting, I cannot find the files? And during the setup of the export it never asks you were you want them to be?

    Greetings, wta2 !

The export would go to a PST file in the Application Data folder.  PST file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder.  It is a hidden file. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

    Best wishes!

Correction:  After completion of export, your exported email messages should be saved in system default area as shown below.

To see your exported folder, Start "Explore" by right-clicking at Start icon at bottom-left corner of your screen and navigate to Documents and Settings-> <username> ->Local Settings-> Application Data ->Identities ->User ID number->Microsoft->Outlook Express
