ERROR 80004005 in SBS remote access configuration

I get the following message in rraslog.txt when trying to configure remote access in SBS

Updating CMP template returned OK
Updating CMS template returned OK
Updating SED template returned OK
Creating proxy configuration file returned OK
*** Running IExpress to build the package returned ERROR 80004005
*** ERROR: Cannot delete temp directory CMP19.tmp
Specifying error location (in CMAK) returned OK
*** CRRASCommit::CommitCMAK returned ERROR 80004005
*** CRRASCommit::CommitEx returned ERROR 80004005

And the wizard stops with the error.

Can anybody help?  As i'm struggling...

    Have you recently attempted to install SBS Service Pack 1?  This is generally caused by a failed service pack installation.  Your best bet is to reinstall it, but make sure that you follow the prescribed method:
