NETGEAR ROUTER IS ASKING ME FOR STARTING AND ENDING PORT.  DO I USE 4 OR 2 DIGIT PORT NUMBERS...
FOR EXAMPLE:

STARTING PORT: 8080
ENDING PORT:  8080

OR

STARTING PORT: 80
ENDINGPORT: 80

Http is just 80
if you use SSL it's 443
8080 is different than 80. most often this is used by the router itself for admin.

so your starting and ending port would be the same
ie for http, it's 80 and 80.

one thought is, that the netgears have standard entries for http, so you shouldn't need to be in the screen you are in.

windows terminal server usually uses Remote Desktop, correct?
if you are trying to set up port forwarding for RDP, the service is TCP and the port is 3389.
