Hi, I'm retrieving information using for the form field using VBA Code.  I used OnLoad & OnCurrent Data Event. Form field is bound to the query which retrieves value for the record. Query changes form field value only for certain records. However, user should be able to save value for other records and should be able to see the value as long as record is saved.
Right now form field shows value which i got from the query, however I'm not able to see inputted value for other records.

***I'm talking about one field in the form

    A little confused.

<Form field is bound to the query which retrieves value for the record.>>

Does the field have a query or recordsource? Like it's a combo box or lisbox?
Or do you mean to say your form has a recordsource?

If it's the combo box and you expect new values you just entered to update in your combo box you may need to put in your code the following:

This will help to put new records in your combo box just entered.

    If not, need more info.
