Hello Experts,

I have an error "Add or Remove programs has been restricted. Please check with your administrator."  when I try to install a program logged in to RDP session on a terminal server session with administrative rights. I am running Win Server 2003   I have looked at all the policies that are in effect and I can't find anything where it would limit this.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi GJDuquette,

run a gpresult when you are logged on and see if there is maybe a policy you are missing, you can also check on the default domain controllers GPO

looks like there is a GP on the domain that is preventing that cpl. Talk to your administrator (or if it is you) then goto the the domain policy and add your name to the GP security filtering and click the "deny apply group policy"
