Problem: .ICA File with Windows 2003 Server (IIS 6) - Page Cannot Be Found..

We created some ".ICA" files that we want users to access through our internal website.  The html file has hyperlinks to the .ICA files on the WIndows 2003 Websever (IIS6).  The Page Cannot be Found when the user clicks on the URL.  We tested this locally on a WIndows XP machine and it works fine there running what I believe is IIS6.  Any ideas on what the issue may be?

IIS6 only delivers file types that are registered; .ica is not registered by default. Start the IIS Manager, open the properties of the web site (or the server properties). Go to the "HTTP Headers" tab, click the "MIME types" button. Enter .ica as extension, application/x-ica as MIME type.
Oh, and XP is running IIS5.
