Outlook 2003 does not appear to have the feature to right-click, choose properties, choose the sync tab and then choose the "the when Offline or online " radio button.

Is this feature only available by going to tools > options area?

I am having a hard time beleiving htat Microsoft would have gone a step backward on this.  This feature was very handy if you have a lot of folders to setup offline and to going through the menu each time seems a bit lengthy.

Thanks so much!

    Greetings, CPChem1 !

Outlook 2003 change some features from previous versions.  This is one of them.   You cannot right click and choose offline.  You have to do so from Options menu.  Sorry for the bad news!

    Best wishes!
