Hi... I'd like to setup an 'internal' website viewable over the web by my company's employees.

Currently I have an HTTP solution in place that uses windows integrated authentication (very basic)

What's a better and more secure way to do this?

SSL enable it. Nothing is necessarily better, just different.

Any good tips for somebody who has never secured a site with SSL?
